0

Are you ready? Finals are just around the corner! Grand Canyon University students can get ready by checking out our Finals Focus events around campus. The library and Learning Lounge will offer extended hours, and students can participate in a “Mid”-Night Breakfast and Fuel for Finals. In addition to these events, students can get ready by doing the following:

Ask Questions

The first step in maintaining a successful studying experience is making sure you understand the material presented in your courses. Don’t hesitate to ask questions when you don’t understand something or need more guidance. GCU’s professors are happy to help students with any questions they have and asking your questions during class can help open up conversations that can enlighten everyone in the class.

Form a Study Group

Your classmates can help you when it comes to studying regularly. Forming a study group is a great way to get to know some of your classmates while also encouraging good study habits. During your meetups, you can share knowledge and ask each other questions. Being a part of a group means having other people hold

Do Your Own Research

Keeping up with your classwork is important for your academic success, but doing your own research as well can help you prepare for your future. Along with what you learn in class, you should visit the library or go online to read about the most recent findings and trends. You can bring these topics up to your study group or even during class if your professor offers free discussion time.
