LoudCloud Updates and Known Issues

Over the last few weeks, many of you have experienced periods of slow loading or inaccessibility in LoudCloud. Our IT and LoudCloud teams have made a number of changes, including the addition of additional servers to ensure that the load is appropriately balanced across our servers, to ensure that LoudCloud runs smoothly and quickly, as it should. We’ve compiled those changes here and listed them by system to keep you up-to-date with what’s happening:

LoudCloud for Ground Students

  • The orange notification badges that alert you to new posts in your discussion forums have been disabled for the time being
  • The search has been disabled

LoudCloud for Online Undergraduate Students

  • The orange notification badges that alert you to new posts in your discussion forums have been disabled for the time being
  • The search has been disabled
  • At this time, you are unable to update the Personal Information section of your profile

LoudCloud for Online Graduate and Doctoral Students

  • The orange notification badges that alert you to new posts in your discussion forums have been disabled for the time being
  • The search has been disabled
  • At this time, you are unable to update the Personal Information section of your profile
